We are a licensed operator based in Makkah, kept deliberately small. The person who answers your message is the same one who briefs your driver.

Travel should be
the easy part.
A pilgrim arrives after a long flight, often with elderly parents and small children, into unfamiliar heat and crowds. The last thing that journey needs is an argument over a fare at the kerb.
So we fixed our prices, published them, and never moved them. We vet every driver ourselves. We track flights so a delay costs you nothing. And we answer the phone at three in the morning, because that is when flights land.
None of it is complicated. It is simply what we would want for our own families, and it is the whole of our business model.
