What we collect
When you make a booking or send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel date, number of travellers and anything you write in the notes field. That is all we ask for, and all we store.
Why we collect it
Solely to arrange and deliver your journey: to assign a driver, confirm timings with you, and contact you if anything changes. If you subscribe to our newsletter we also use your email to send occasional travel updates, which you can stop at any time.
Who we share it with
Your name, phone number and pickup details are shared with the driver assigned to your booking, because they need them to find you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for three years for accounting and dispute resolution. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request within thirty days.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking. The admin panel sets a single session cookie for signed-in staff.
