Booking and confirmation

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed once we reply to you with a driver assignment, normally within an hour. No payment is taken at the time of booking.

Prices

All prices shown are in Saudi Riyals and are per vehicle, not per person. They include fuel, tolls, driver and waiting time as described on the relevant page. They exclude meals, entry fees, personal expenses and anything listed under “not included”.

The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. We do not apply surge pricing or add charges on the day.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to twelve hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside twelve hours may incur a partial charge covering the driver’s committed time. We will always tell you the amount before applying it.

Delays and waiting time

For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust at no cost to you. For all other pickups, thirty minutes of waiting is included; beyond that a waiting charge may apply, agreed with you first.

Our responsibilities

We will provide a licensed, insured vehicle and a vetted driver, and will make every reasonable effort to keep to the agreed schedule. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, crowd control around the Haramain, or other circumstances outside our control.

Your responsibilities

Please be ready at the agreed time and place, travel with valid documents, and treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
